It filed 774 changes against its own code, wrote 123,219 memory facts about itself — a full gigabyte — and its retrieval log holds exactly zero rows. It remembered everything and never read any of it back. The rebuild started there.
I started with no real plan. I just started building. Two things came from that. Experiments went straight into production — worth running, most of them, but they never had to earn their place, so the platform filled up with things nothing used. And the architecture became a stack of bandaids: this built on top of that, on top of the other — March's guess at what I wanted, patched toward what I actually want now. The rebuild answers both. One ledger everything folds from, and nothing ships until it earns its spot.
